Industrial Caulk & Seal Raising the Bar for Worksite Safety
The hazards one might experience daily are multiplied upon entering a construction site and safety cannot be assumed. Industrial Caulk & Seal Inc. is more than aware of that and is putting forth an immense amount of effort to ensure each of their employees is not only aware of the hazards they may face but knows the correct measures to take to identify and prevent a mishap.
A standard of its own, ICS requires all its employees to hold a minimum 10-hour OSHA; A foreman within the company is required to hold a 30-hour OSHA.
Tim Stouffer, the safety manager at Industrial Caulk and Seal, performs random site checks to ensure all Industrial Caulk and Seal employees are abiding by all safety standards put in place by the general contractor, ICS, and OSHA. Stouffer himself is the companies lead in staying up to date on those ever-evolving standards. Most recently representing Industrial Caulk and Seal at the Safety Summit, the nations leading safety conference.
