Whether repairing necessary sections of a floor, or topping an entire flooring system, ICS has extraordinary overlayment and inlayment capabilities. Inlaying and overlaying floors that show deterioration and/or delamination will insure life into the existing concrete surface. Both overlayments and inlayments can be polished.

ICS recently completed a project at Mrs. Green’s Natural Market in Hartsdale, New York. The floor was structurally sound but had an uneven surface and was quite an eyesore. ICS was able to successfully treat Mrs. Green’s Natural Market with the right people and the right equipment, immensely extending the life of the floor.
